Welcome!

Hello

Welcome to my site. I'm curious what brings you here, and I hope you find something of use on these pages.

A little bit about me:  I am an integrative counsellor. This means I’ve undergone training, an MSc in Therapeutic Counselling, in a variety of techniques and approaches to help you, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, psychoanalysis, and person-centred therapy.

I have worked in a variety of different organisations in support, pastoral and counselling roles. I have supported clients with postpartum mental health, issues related to immigration or being an ex-pat, addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and loss.

I believe every client is different, and every journey is unique.

You can read more about the services I offer below and more details about me and my practice on the about page.

About
01.

I think it is fundamental to therapy to build a trusting relationship between us. I work to foster a bond with my clients. Every person has their worldview and I value learning how my client’s experience, perspective, history and relationships impact their understanding of self. I work relationally and create a safe, calm, non-judgmental environment for my clients.

02.

There is a connection between getting out into nature and improved mental health.  I'm very interested in how getting out of the counselling room and out in nature is beneficial for many of my clients. I offer one to one sessions walking through Greenwich Park or Oxleas Wood.
